Shipping information
If your shopping cart value exceeds EUR 99, we ship your order free of charge . For orders under EUR 99, shipping costs EUR 7.90 . Depending on the weight and size, we ship our goods via parcel service or, for large orders, via a freight forwarding company. Shipping costs are automatically set to free at checkout once your shopping cart value reaches EUR 99.
Parcel service
Ordered items weighing up to 30 kg can be shipped as a single package. Multiple items can also be split and shipped into multiple packages. Individual oversized items (e.g., larger pendant lamps or LED profiles/tracks) can be shipped as bulky goods. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with the package tracking number. We ship with DPD courier service. You can check the current location of your package on this page after entering your package tracking number: www.DPD.de

Freight forwarding
Very large items with a girth of more than 300 mm or very heavy items can only be delivered by freight forwarder. If the yard is not accessible by car, delivery will be made to the curb. The freight forwarder will contact you with a delivery date, depending on the contact information you provided.

Return information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
